CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WINTER – A 5 night room rate charge will be imposed in cases of cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival. In the case of early check outs and early departures, the full charge will be applied to cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER – A 3 night room rate charge will be imposed in cases of cancellations received 8 days or less prior to arrival. In the case of early check outs and early departures, the full charge will be applied to cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation.
In the case of NO SHOWS, the full charge will be applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmation reservation.
CHILD POLICY – Guests 13 years and up are classified as adults and are subject to the Extra Person rate on supplied folding bed. One child aged 12 years and under free on supplied folding bed when sharing with two (2) adults.
